ROOTed in Beauty & Fashion

Elise started her Career in 2009 in the beauty industry. Highly trained, in cut, color, hair styling, and makeup artistry, she was an accomplished Hair and Makeup Artist, and a licensed Cosmetologist. Elise has had the pleasure of working on runway shows, music videos, film, television, and major domestic + international publications.

In addition to being a skilled and experienced beauty professional, Elise dabbled in fashion photography which she later transitioned into brand photography.

Early Marketing Career

Elise has had a number of marketing jobs, marketing internships, and marketing apprenticeship positions across multiple e-commerce in the fashion/beauty industry.  Elise also has experience in warehouse management, product fulfillment, and shipping. 

Elise was also a 7-year employee of ROOTS Beauty and served as an artist as well as an online content manager, helping build and develop the e-commerce site and aiding in online marketing efforts. 

Highly educated in website marketing and brand development, Elise collected and compiled business tools specifically geared for the creative individual to succeed in a digital and physical business. Which is why she created a blog to help artists succeed in their artistry, like she succeeded in the beauty industry.

CULTIVATE YOUR ARTISTRY was a blog dedicated to aiding independent artists to succeed in entrepreneurship turning their passion into profit. 

After helping develop and cultivate artist businesses including her own. She realized the joy and passion that comes to helping others.  Elise then created Mindful Media Management to give back by helping Mission-based businesses spread their message and love.

In honor of MMM Roots, we still take on and help a small number of independent artists as clients.

Believing in the power of intention, Elise is a mindful living enthusiast who implements mindful practice in her everyday life.

After helping artists and small businesses grow their digital presents she decided to change her business focus in order to better reflect her new life’s mission, of living life with intention.

Out of CULTIVATE YOUR ARTISTRY, Mindful Media Management was created.

Mindful Media Management provides services and solutions, performed with intent, to advance the online presence of mindful businesses in the health, wellness, and humanitarian industries.

Constellation Collages

Constellation Collages was created to house Elise Art.  One of Elise Mindful Media Management Clients requested a graphic design job that required original Album art for their music to be created and the rest was history. Elise became addicted to creating digital art.

Life is about balance which is why Elise had to counteract the amount of screen time her work and digital art careers impose on her life. Elise founded Naturalphile in 2019, a website dedicated to helping you become empowered though nature and living a natural life.
